Danny Boy is still a baby, at only 7 months old. He is a gorgeous chocolate and white Havanese with light brown eyes. His expressions have to just melt the heart of any dog lover. We are still getting to know each other; however, he is proving to be very loving and affectionate. He wants to see his humans at all times, and does not like to be left alone which is understandable since he was a puppy mill dog.

Fortunately, he was rescued as a pup, so with love and patience, he will do very well. He has only been with me for one week, and has made remarkable progress. He is very smart and eager to please. He has learned that he loves toys, especially ones that make noise. He will need to be adopted to a family where someone is home most of the time and has the patience to continue working with with him on potty training and crate training.

This little boy has so far proven good with children, great with the four other dogs he lives with in his foster home, and has paid no attention to the cats.

We do want to mention that Danny does not have a tail. He lost it when he was a tiny baby, but doesn't miss it at all; and it certainly does not take away from his charm. Danny will make a great family member, and actually is a great family member already, but will blossom to his full potential in a home where he continues to have understanding, love, patience, and positive training.
