Description:
WE are no longer accepting applications for this cutie but we have others that will be listed soon! Please keep checking back.
Neecy might just be one of the sweetest tiny girls that I have had the pleasure to meet. She is all of 6 pounds and 6 yearsbut that doesn't stop her from going and doing whatever she wants. This includes in and out of my large doggie door, down the basement stairs that very few dogs tackle and on and off furniture. She is a good little walker and loves a car ride. In fact she loves any and everything she can do with her person. She has been good meeting people after she barks a greeting and is a tad shy at first. She loves sleeping with us and my pack. She prefers to be up top next to my head.
What she doesn't like is to be left behind or crated and will let you and the neighbors know her dispeasure with a very high persistent barking and barking and barking. She has been good meeting people. She has shown some lap guarding but my dogs don't take her yips very seriously. I correct her and then we all cuddle together.
When I first saw pictures I thought she was white. She does have a white "fro" on top of her head but the rest is really a cream color with some light red throughout. She has a tiny tail that curls up over her back when happy. She has been cut down to a puppy coat due to mats but could be let to grow out to become a fluffy puppy with shoft curls.
She really surprised me when I was working on the computer at the desk and she jumped up on the chair, climbed up my back and sat on my shoulder! I have nerer had that happen before. She might be part cat! With my husband she climbs into his lap and up to his chest where she blocks his view of the TV!
She has gotten along with my 7 pack which includes male and female and small and large. She has not wanted to engage with playing with them and has not played with toys. When cat tested she was the smallest one in the room and was absolutley fine. The cats were not in anyway threatend by her.
I will be looking for the best home for this cutie. If I had room I would keep her myself. She needs someone that is home most of the time and has the time to shower her with love and attention! She is so small that homes with children will not be considered.
If you think you might be her forever home please apply. If you have questions feel free to contact me at
[email protected]. She is lovingly being fostered in Northumberland, PA 17857
PS I will be dating myself when I ask you does she remind you of someone famous? Anyone fondly remember Lamb Chop the puppet and Shari Lewis. If not check them out. They have been on Sesame Street more recenlty.
