Owner surrender from Sunbury, Pa from a family who is physically disabled.  They have a 16-year-old daughter who saw Rocky being abused by a teenager and she took him home.  The family has had him for 6 months and said he was 2 years old.  They have multiple rescued animals, but their medical needs have increased and they feel that they cannot give 2 of the dogs what they need.  They decided it was best to surrender Rocky and a Standard Poodle named Jaxson who is also 2 years old.
