Lestat is a very handsome Powderpuff Chinese Crested. He is being fostered in PA and is neutered, UTD on shots, and is heart worm negative and on prevention.  Lestat is not good with children. 

Lestat has been in his new foster home for several weeks and we've really seen him come into his own.  He loves his people and is very content to be next to his person or in a lap.  He is not super clingy and is usually a very mellow little guy. 

Lestat is sporting a new haircut to allow his beautiful full coat to grow back in healthy and shiny. His hair is so soft and has lots of curl to it!  If his long coat is allowed to grow back in he will need daily brushing, which Lestat LOVES.  He is being brushed daily in his foster home to keep him in a routine.  Lestat is a perfect gentleman when it comes to face trims and bathing.  Such a joy!

We recommend placement in a home without children under 12.  Lestat is very unsure of the smaller set of folks.  He does well with other dogs and loves to go for walks.  He walks very nicely without pulling or hesitation.  Lestat also travels well in a car.  He is doing very well with his house training and is starting to go to the door to go 'out'.  Lestat's scheduled potty times are pretty predictable making this part of his training go smoothly. 

When Lestat is happy or excited his  gorgeous ears will pop up and he looks like he is ready for take off.  It's the sweetest thing!  Lestat also loves to carry around his favorite borrowed toy to use as a pillow.  Won't you let Lestat steal your 'heart'??
