If you're looking for a calm, gentle dog who will think you are the center of her universe... Meet Phoebe!  She's a gorgeous black HHL, with a goofy grin and happy personality.

She is so sweet and loving... she is most happy when being held and she'll put her paw on your shoulder and lean right into you. She's a great listener and secret keeper, making her an outstanding companion. She is not totally quiet though... she does make some awesome entertaining chatter noises, especially while she's yawning or when you first come home. 

She has such a mellow, low-key energy. She enjoys meeting new people, especially ones who will pick her up and love on her. We go on walks in the neighborhood every day, and although it took her a little while to get used to the leash, she continues to walk further and further every day. And each time, she comes home... has a sip of water... and takes a nap!

Phoebe is house trained, sleeps in bed under the covers with her foster mom, and did we mention, loves cuddle time? She is not a fan of thunderstorms, and will want to go to a safe place like a crate, the closet or under the covers for safety. She has super soft skin and will sometimes give little kisses.

She's recently had surgery for a hernia, and has recovered very well. Her stitches have come out, her scar is totally healed, and she's ready for adoption to a very lucky home.
