Where many small dogs seem to gravitate towards their Mommies this fellow LOVES the men in his life as well.

Dylan is a sturdy little guy and at 17 pounds he is still easy to scoop and go but hardy enough that no one is going to accuse you of owning a prissy dog. He is happy to walk long walks with you or with you and your other dogs. He easily goes 4 miles and asks for more. He is well behaved on leash. He loves a good car ride and he gets along with other well balanced dogs. He is clean in the house and is crate trained.

He is the best of bed buddies! Though he will sleep in his crate he would prefer to snuggle with you each night. The closer the better. He is also great lap company as you watch TV or work on the computer.

He was found as a stray so we really don't know what his history is. He is fine meeting other dogs, people and children. He is not fine with strangers trying to pick him up. Recently he enjoyed running free at a dog park and had no problems with anyone or any dog.

Having said all that, Dylan does have some personality quirks that anyone wishing to adopt him will need to be made aware of. His foster parents have had great success figuring out "what makes him tick" and they are dedicated to making sure any interested person has all needed information to help decide if Dylan is the right fit for their home.
