After a little over two months in foster care, Arthur is running, playing, waggin' his tail and showing what a comical, and now HEALTHY, character he truly is. Check out his "then & now" pictures. Truly and wildly amazing!

Arthur came from a hoarding/breeding situation where he was neglected. He's a very sensitive guy and can be very reserved and shy at first. He used to have a very strange physique due to poor backyard breeding and/or living conditions. Now, with a healthy diet and exercise he's a hunky body builder!

He gets along wonderfully with other dogs and is finding it's a whole lot of fun playing with them. He should go to a home with at least one other dog in the family. He spent a week visiting a friend as the only dog along with a cat and did fine...but seemed to really missed his dog buddies at his foster home.

Arthur has not yet been kid-tested.

He's all about routine and becomes nervous and unsure when things change...even slightly. He can be a bit of a crybaby...

He sleeps soundly in his crate but I'm certain he would LOVE to sleep in the bed...he's a great cuddler and loves to be close.

His completely hairless skin is very smooth and in remarkable condition after having antibiotics for an infection when he first came into resce. He will require a continuously healthy diet, regular bathing and sweet, sweet love and attention. He certainly deserves it. 

Arthur also has "dry eye" and will need daily medication for the rest of his life. 

Arthur is doing great with housebreaking!! Even though he's learned how to go in and out the doggie door, he still needs to be reminded to "go outside"! He's a fast learner and very eager to please! He's gradually learning to walk on leash but will still require a secure, fenced yard.

This guy is awesome and will make someone a best buddy, for sure!! You can't help but walk proud when he's strutting his handsome self right beside you!
