Cecil is sweet and smart. He is a very social dog, who loves meeting new people wherever he goes. At our recent rescue event, Cecil was quite the hit with guests He made the rounds, visiting with everyone and getting lots of lap and cuddle time. After being with people, his next favorite thing seems to be cuddling up UNDER a blanket and getting cozy.
