Meet Tinsel, a 3-year old hairless Chinese Crested.  This sweet girl is new to her foster home and is settling in nicely.  She is a little shy at first, but then curiosity sets in and she wants to check out her new foster siblings and foster family. Tinsel has luxated patellas but it does not stop her from running in the yard or walking up and down the stairs. She does great on a leash and also is eager to go potty outside. She does not seem to mind the cold weather here at all.
