Meet little Baxter, a petite "hairy hairless" Chinese Crested. He has only been in his foster home for a short while, but has settled in nicely. He gets along great with the other dogs in the foster home and actually decided he'd much rather share a crate with his 60 pound foster sister than laying by himself.

He does not mind the snow, will actually roll around and jump in it, and always wags his little tail when he is out there. He is pretty laid back, and is content snuggling up to his foster mom on the couch. He can be quite funny too. He loves to steal his foster mom's slippers and carry them downstairs. He does not chew on them but will just take one, run downstairs, come back up, grab the other one and run downstairs with it. It is quite funny.

Baxter gets along with kids too (at least kids tween and older). He is housebroken when let out regularly. He is quiet and eager to please. He likes riding in a car too. Stay tuned as we got to know him better.
