Strider is a young male Mexican hairless, about 9 months old and 18 pounds. He's very leggy and so handsome!

Strider is one quirky and fun little guy. He loves to snuggle right up against you. He loves everyone in the family, but chooses one person to attatch to. He likes older calm, laid back kids in their teens. He likes to relax with those teens while they play video games. He is learning to play with toys, he just isn't to sure about them.

We'd like to find Strider a home with a calm, balanced sibling dog to model and look up to. He follows his Doggie Foster sister everywhere, to chase squirrels and patrol the fence line. He is a climber, he can climb a chain link fence, so a privacy fence is recommended. Strider would need a fence so that he can have freedom to run. He is very fast and loves to run and chase squirrels. He may not recall if he see's a squirrel.

Those wonderful ears are always listening and he is closely watches everyone to see what's going on. He is very much like Curious George. He is kennel trained and for the most part housebroken, as long as he is taken out often. Strider is very good about using the doggie door to do his business.

Strider is just a little love bucket of joy :) He is not without his challenges, as he didn't get a great start in life. In foster care, he is learning to trust people and doing very well. He will do best in a home with a strong, experienced leader to help him reach his potential as a wonderful pet.
