Our Little Dixie (Dixie Cup) is a little cup of LOVE. This sweet girl is 5 yrs old and weighs about 14 pounds. She is on a weight loss plan to get her down a couple more pounds, but she's on track and doing great!

Dixie hasn't met a stranger she doesn't want to be friends with. She is being fostered with tween-age children and gets along great with the kids. She loves to snuggle and dig into the blankets. She is very easy going and is excellent using the doggie door and is clean in the house.

She loves toy stuffed animals and squeaky toys. Dixie likes to go for walks, which is helping her slim down a little. Although Dixie gets along fine with the other dogs, she would love to be #1 or #2 at the most. She will occasionally lap guard with other dogs, but responds to corrections quickly.

Dixie is smart, loving and learns quickly. She will attach quickly to her forever family and is so eager to please! Dixie is looking for owners that she can love and snuggle with. We think she'd be most successful in a home where she is not alone very much. She'd love to accompany you on errands and lunch dates, and would love to be spoiled with affection and attention.
