Meet Josie, a sweet, lovable, hairless Chinese Crested girl who needs a home with someone to give her lots of attention.  She could be your best friend.  She is full of engery and plays with toys and will fetch.  Prefers a home where she can be near her humans most of the time.

Josie has visited the pet store and did very well with strangers wanting to pet her. She has a very good temperment with people.

In her foster home we are working on house training, home manners, and giving her lots of love that she deserves. She is active in the home and yard. She is good on a leash. She will need a yard with a tall fence. 

Josie gets along with other dogs. She is interested in chasing cats, I would not recommend a household with Cats.

She has been around older children and does very well, but she gets very excited at times. Calm play should be encouraged. She likes to play with your hands with her mouth like puppy play.  Although she is gentle, she would do best in a home without small children. 

Josie loves her food and snacks so she needs a home where those type of items are not accessible as her will help herself if she can get to them.

Josie was successfully treated for heartworms and is doing very well. She is about 5 yrs old, and is being fostered in Dover, DE.
