Meet the new guy, Louis.  He is being fostered in Yorktown, VA

Looking for a dog that is friendly, playful, affectionate, eager to please, eager to learn? - look no further. Sweet Lou is all that and then some. He loves everybody.  He loves to play with the other dogs in the house or play with a toy if no one pays attention to him.  In the evening he loves to get under the blanket and snuggle up to you as close as he can which will be nice when the temperatures begin to drop :).  

He is a quick learner too. When kept on a regular schedule he will go potty outside. Since he is still very young, he does have an occasional accident but not very often. He loves attention and is eager to please with praise and cuddles as a reward. 

He would do best in a home with a fenced in back yard or with someone that is willing to take him for long walks a couple of times a day. He does walk very well on a leash.  Due to him still being puppy and being very playful, he probably should not go to a home with really small children as he might knock them over in his exitement. He also doesn't like to be alone, so another dog (or two) would be ideal for him to have companionship when his people are away from home.
